We were told this was already a feature when we signed up with Accuro. 8 months down the road, we have called in repeatedly to tech support to "fix" that it wasn't working and were told they'd get back to us with a solution. We called back in today and we're now told it's not a feature. This SHOULD be such a simple fix for a program as sophisticated as Accuro. Very disillusioned and questioning whether or not Accuro is the right program for our office.
