Query Numbers

Currently you can query patients by whether or not a phone number has been inputted ('exists'/'do not match'), but you cannot query by missing digits. There is a similar problem when trying to query blood pressure (something in a chart note, for example, that has not been added to the labs section). Where %%% allows for more opened ended search (numerical and character), it would be helpful to be able to use # to search for specific digits. For example, a phone number query for (250) 801-%%% generates a result of ALL phone numbers that begin with the first six digits. Being able to query (250) 801-### would generate a list of all number that start with those six digits AND that end with only three.
