Please go back to the old task system

The new task function has caused a nightmare in our office. This seems to us to be a really long way to communicate with several additional mouse clicks to achieve exactly the same thing. It is very difficult to train multiple staff members/doctors on the new functionality. In the past, you could easily track everything that anyone had contributed to the task. Now it takes several mouse clicks and screen adjustments and may also accidentally end up in your mail messages. It has created a disaster and substantially increased our workload. There must be a simpler way to do this. I thought all we needed was a simple "reply" button
