notes on to scheduler

It would be nice if you could be able to type notes right onto the scheduler where we book patient appointments. Sometimes I need to write something into a time slot but not attach it to a patient.

    You can use a non-patient appointment to create a note right on the Scheduler without scheduling an appointment with a patient.

    1. Right click on the schedule to create an appointment

    2. Once the Appointment Details window opens, select the "No Patient" radio button in the bottom left corner

    3. You can now enter any free text notes into the Appointment Notes field

    4. Click OK to save the non-patient appointment to view the notes on the schedule
