Replace Ctrl-Enter (which activates a macro) with a Mouse Middle Click.

I have been experimenting with macros-inside-clickable-lists as a means of bypassing the tedium associated with creating "forms to letter". Example: I have HP_Rx, EE_Rx, and CD_Rx all as separate macros that expand into paragraphs of "canned text". Then I have the following clickable list in a consult template: [HP_Rx|EE_Rx|CD_Rx|null]. Currently I would click on HP_Rx, and would then still have to press Ctrl_Enter to activate the corresponding macro HP_Rx. This just breaks the flow. It may sound like a "first world problem", but it should be easily fixable. My temporary workaround is to reassign Mouse Middle Button to Ctrl-Enter through something like AutoHotKey. For local instances of Accuro this works without a hitch. However, this may not work through Citrix (I might be interested in migrating to ASP some time down the line). A better approach is for Accuro to provide the ability to let users customize macro activation to something other the inflexible "Ctrl+Enter" (mouse middle click is what I prefer).
