Stop check boxes from getting checked when making forms in form editor.

This is an annoyance. I don't understand why a check box should even be allowed to be checked when you are creating a form. Every time I grab a check box to move it, it gets checked. I then have to uncheck it or if I miss one or two, I end up generating a form with check boxes already checked. Not good if you miss it and end up ordering something unnecessary or inappropriate for a patient. If there is a need to have a check box pre-checked when a form is created, perhaps that could be a right-click feature in the form generator where you right click the box in the editor and make it so that it is always checked when the form is generated.
