Real time task/flag

The tasks/alerts/flags using queries are not based on real time. They just look for the condition to be satisfied at the point of assigning taks/flags/alers. For example, if you would like to alert all patients who are under 18 yrs old, it just look for the condition at the time of assigning. Tomorrow or in future days some patients may already turn 18 and we don't need the flag/task/alert to be appeared for those patients. As of now, the only way to get rid of those flags is going back to the query and find those ones who already turned 18 and take those alerts away. The tasks/alerts/flags should be based on real time.
