Offer Other Faxing Options!

As we all know, modem faxing in Accuro is not very reliable. Most clinics who are currently using an e-faxing service will attest to the fact that it's very inconvenient to have to switch over to Unite.ca as it's currently the only implemented e-fax option for Accuro. This is very frustrating and off putting to current and potential clients, not to mention how shady and unprofessional the CEO of Unite is. I believe fax implementation support for other, more reliable, internet faxing providers should be provided. Many other EMR solutions already have this option or have implemented their own method of faxing, independant of a third party alternative. There are far more professional and reliable companies out there than Unite.

Our office also had a very unprofessional interaction with the CEO of Unite and are looking for other faxing options.

Please provide alternatives to Unite Communications.

Our clinic switched from modem to UNITE Fax in February 2017.  On a weekly basis there seems to be issues with the outbound faxes with UNITE, more issues then we had with an old modem!
