Query Builder - Default Display Fields

It would be helpful to have the ability to add custom default display field to the query builder for reporting. For example, currently first name, last name, HCN, birthdate and sex are default fields, however it would be useful to be able to add fields like hospital file number or provider, to every report generated.

    I would like a query builder - Display to include the option of displaying email address

    Would also like ability to remove default display fields from export like patient name and dob.
