Pull Admission Date from Patient Demographics to Forms and Templates

Further to Idea: Option to save admission date in demographics. "In a recent hotfix release of Accuro 2015.01 a band was added to the patients demographics that allows an admission date, discharge date, and master number to be saved." It would be great to have the ability to pull these dates into Templates and Forms.
