Cc'ing in forms and requisitions - link to address book, add a component to the Form Editor

Please add the functionality to open and search the address book to add a provider/specialist when producing forms and requisitions. All providers,specialists, medical secretaries (basically everybody - all users) would want this. Saves time from having to:- *leave the form open *to open the address book *search for the provider/specialist *write down or memorize the name/address/phone and/or fax numbers *return to the form and enter the information manually (seconds clicking etc multiplied by the number of forms produced each day, multiplied by the number of users, would save a tremendous amount of time) I cannot see that this idea has been put forward before. A member of our team chatted about this with a team member of QHR yesterday. Thank you for your consideration.
