Fax Manager Does Not Reflect Resent Faxes

Currently Accuro does not create a NEW entry within the Fax Manager is a fax is resent. EMR | Virtual Chart | Right click on a document | Fax Enter in my recipient | Send off. Some time passes and I then need to re-send the fax again to the same recipient. I locate the Fax within the Fax Manager | Check it off | Send Selected Expected Result: That it would create a new entry of the fax being "re-sent" with the current date/time Actual Result: Accuro re-queues the original fax and keeps the original date and time stamp. It would be beneficial if within the Fax Manager, when we RE-SEND a previously successfully sent fax, that it would create a new entry within the Fax Manager so we can see both the original and the newly sent fax.

I can think of two solutions.

    1. Add a new column in the fax manager called "Last Update" which would populate with the most recent activity on the fax (the resend).  That way, you could see the original Date/Time Created as well as Last Updated.  The fax log would show you all the activity.
Might be nice to keep the resends hidden in the fax log.

    2. Add a toggle for a user to show all actions (sends/resends) on their own lines in fax manager with nothing hidden in the audit logs.  However, this could make the fax manager quite busy if faxes are often resent.

    What are your thoughts?
