Viewing Comments in Lab View Table (ie. inbox)

For the direct laboratory interface inbox table view, I would prefer if entries with grouped lab results could be expanded in the table view to show individual results that could be commented upon individually within table view, and with the comments subsequently visible in the table. This would make it more similar to how things look in the "documents" inbox table view, where you can see all the comments with one glance at the table. . This is particularly relevant to workflows related to looking over and commenting on lab tests for colleagues who are on vacation. In our workflow, these are not reviewed but instead "previewed", left in the inbox, and commented on regarding actions to be taken vs. it can wait for the provider to return. As these lab tests accumulate, it can be very time consuming to click on each table entry individually to look at the comments to make sure they have been dealt with.
