COSMETIC PAY-FOR-SERVICE BILLING CAPABILITIES (bill line items by provider, procedure names not just codes)

I find the system works very well for OHIP billing, but not for the cosmetic part of the practice. 1. For cosmetic billing I would like to see the physical name of the procedure vs. just the PROCEDURE CODE, which on the cosmetic side doesn't mean anything. For example, instead of seeing SCP114, it should say SCP114 La Roche Posay Facial Moisturizer. 2. I would specifically like to be able to have a drop-down for each line item when billing a patient (F4, New Bill); which would enable us to choose staff members that had sold that specific item/skincare product/service. You could enter the names of staff in the back-end and just choose applicable staff member. Therefore, multiple staff members could be on the same bill attached to different line items. This of course would not show up on patient invoice. I would also like to be able to run a report based on this.
