Requisition - to be a tick box when designing form instead of a folder option

when setting up a form it would be nice to be able to designate that it is a requisition form, instead of having them in a requisition folder. That way we can set up the doctor with his forms in his folders and the nurse practitioner with her in their own folder. this also helps when following up what the source was. adding drop downs for each folder in the EMR and the requisitions would make extremely time saver as scrolling and having to have a form in more than one place

I would really prefer to have my tracked forms better organized instead of having to dump them all under "requisitions"in order to have that functionality.... For example, I want to track cancer center referrals, or organize requisition forms by city or type while still making them trackable
