Tasks - Allow Free Text Subject Lines

Tasks need to accommodate free-text input into the subject line rather than selecting from drop-down toolbar options such as "please advise" or "FYI". When tasks are filed into the virtual chart, finding the filed task that is relevant is an inefficient & time consuming process, because you have to open the full task to find out if it is relevant to what you're looking for. If users are allowed to enter free text into the subject line, we can retrieve information from the filed task in the virtual chart in a quicker manner. For example, rather than looking through each task titled "please advise", I can open the task with the subject line "recent hospitalization, needs meds reconciled asap" rather than searching through each task to find the task that was originally discussing this. My suggestion is to eliminate the pre-selected headers in the drop-down box like "please advise" and "fyi" and allow free-text input into the subject line, so when tasks are filed, we can quickly find the relevant task. I also believe free-text subject lines would allow us to customize our task headers better and thus also assist with task prioritization.
