Calculate days and weeks in antenatal form

As requested by the client, allow for automatic calculation for both days and weeks in the antenatal form not just weeks - for Alberta province

    There are many versions of the Alberta Prenatal Record that calculate both weeks and days for Gestational Age.

    In the Form Editor, under Tools select 'Publish/Download'. Search for "Alberta Prenatal". The form titled "**Alberta Prenatal Record" published on Feb 2017 has both weeks and days on page 2 of the form.
