Form Editor - Add ability to change layout of EMR components such as Allergies

When trying to pull Allergy info into a form, the only display option is a bullet list with the title, "Allergies" included at the top. The title cannot be turned off, nor can the list be shown horizontally. It would be very helpful to be able to edit the way allergy info is inserted on a form. Hospital forms often have one line for listing allergies and cannot accommodate a bullet list. There is no way to alter the format of the bullet list of allergies to list them in line, separated by commas for example.
