rebooking list

We have a large clinic with 10 gps and there is a lot of rebooking that comes along with that. Just wondering if there where a way to create a rebooking option kind of like the cancellation list. Tasking is not an option as you cannot organize the tasks based on the dates the appointments where originally scheduled for. There needs to be a way to document the appointment rebooking so that you if you ever need to resort back to it, you have it. Our clinic has been using day sheets, printing those and writing the info on them. These are not always sufficient enough as documentation. I would like to be able to essentially have the "tasks" organized by the date of scheduled appointment, so that one can prioritize which appointments need to be rescheduled first.

You could use the Waitlist for something like this.

If you do not already use the Waitlist, you could configure it specifically for rebooking appointments.

If you do use the Waitlist, you could add a new Type and a separate View just to track the appointments that need to be rescheduled.
