When you open a task on a particular patient and are viewing completed tasks there should be the option to un-complete task from there or anywhere that you access the tasks. It is very annoying to have to go into the completed tasks section and find a particular task when all you'd need to do is uncheck the box!

    In general it would be very helpful to be able to change a completed task to be incomplete. This is especially important for tasks assigned to a user type. One user may complete the task, and then later a different user may find that the task still requires more work. In the current system, it is not possible to document anything inside the completed task when additional work is done.
