Feature to put claims on hold

It would be nice to have a feature to put claims on hold. Suggestions would be 1) to apply a special tracking pin that prevents the claim from being submitted, 2) to create a Tab Claims on Hold, or 3) to have the option to unselect the claims you do not want to submit/select only the claims you want to submit in the Unsubmitted Claims tab. This applies to, in our case, surgical claims (multiple surgeries) where the notes are not ready yet. I think this would be a neater option than selecting No Charge for the claim (it really isn't a no charge) or holding off on billing (claims may fall through the cracks).
