Faxing reports

Would like the option when sending reports ( multiple reports from same patient chart) the option to merge into one continuous document or the option to send as individual reports in one fax from the EMR. We have had had multiple complaints when faxing multiple reports from a patient chart they are received as one long report with multiple records ie; pathology, consults, radiology. MOA's ideally would separate the documents in the referral from radiology, lab, pathology, etc in order for document to be easily read and to be put in the chart as individual reports.

    This is very inconvenient.  Please do have these all merge as one continual document.  The labs and imaging are all being combined as one document.  When receiving and sending in a specialist office, there is no ability to split this.  For sending a referral, I end up having to print everything off (defeats an EMR), then scanning, then sending.  Please change this as soon as possible.
