When we print a schedule that has a fixed template, could we have the printed copy reflect the empty booking spots so that we can hand write the additional appts. instead of reprinting the schedule.
We need to update our schedules based on booked/cancelled/rebooked appts and we usually have the schedule printed off several days before the date so we can obtain any previous reports/images for the techs and we then use that schedule as a reference for the tech. So if the schedule changes between printing off the list and the actual date of the schedule, we sometimes have no space to add new patients as it will only print the booked ones.
If you print your Day Sheet through the Reports section rather than right from the Scheduler you have the option to include Schedule Templates.
Accuro Menu > Reports > Reports (or CTRL + R)
Day Sheet Report
Step 6 - Include Schedule Template Items
As long as you use Schedule Templates, the Day Sheet is printed with any blank spots on the schedule where there is no patient, but a template resides.
Hi Shelley.
Thanks for letting me know what happened. I think this is a great opportunity to get feedback and ideas to help improve the way users work with the Accuro program.
Have a good day.
Pat
Thanks Pat. I've changed the creator of this Idea to your name so you'll get any updates on it. During the transition from the old platform a few of the ideas were transferred to the name of one of our staff members (me).
