If a Doctor makes an RX why can't the signature

If a Doctor makes an RX why can't the signature print/fax for other users? Permission in security?

I believe something like this (a signature added when faxing) was supposed to be in the works so that Doctor's Nurses and receptionists can send RX to pharmacies with having to print it off get the Doctor to sign then send manually on a fax machine. What a waste of time. A permission through the security area on the Doctor's side should be implemented so their users can send RX's that they have created. It would obviously have to be controlled by the Doctor who gets permission as this is a security risk for abuse.

Why can't the doctor just print or fax the Rx themselves, directly from Accuro? If they are already creating the Rx, it really takes no time at all to complete the task of faxing it directly to the pharmacy. This eliminates the risk for abuse and errors.
