Notes Section in HRM Reports

Currently within the results of the HRM Reports, there is a "Note" section. Currently, when the HRM reports are received there is additional information placed here by the sending facility. Currently it adds a date and some other data. It would be beneficial if this "note" section behaved similar to the "note" section for the SPIRE Lab results.

    Admin response

We are currently speaking with HRM to see what our options are for displaying the information elsewhere.

Strongly suggest we add the 'Notes' section to the HRM for faster f/u post initial review of items

It would be beneficial to have a Notes section when reviewing HRM reports instead of having to click into the report and add a small note at the bottom.

It would be great if any text written in the 'Notes' section of the HRM report by a PCP, was 'seen' in the Attachment window, when generating a letter.  This would expedite the referral letter generation, as writers would not have to open each document to ensure it is the correct document to send.
