The most recent update made it so that the room assignments do not stay on the scheduler once the patient has been completed from traffic. It would be beneficial if we had the option of the room assignment clearing OR staying on the scheduler. At a quick glance, it can be difficult to tell from scheduler if a patient has been seen yet or not. Many of our busy physicians have patients show up out of order, and will sometimes see patients out of order. If another MOA takes over while someone is on break or lunch, it is not super easy to see at a glance what is what. Also, it is nice to see what room someone was in as they sometimes pop back into the office wondering if we can check the room for their missing sunglasses, keys, etc. I know some people like the room assignment clearing from scheduler, so it would be nice if this was an option to turn on or off. know you can check the completed patients in Traffic, but this is not as smooth and easy. Often there is TOO MUCH CLICKING to get different things accomplished in Accuro that should be more straight forward.
We made a change shortly after the 2016.01 release to display the room assignments on completed appointments by default. It sounds like you likely need to run an update.
A user preference has also been added to hide the room assignments (if desired).
