Some patients can have multiple wait list items. It would be nice if once a wait listed item is closed, it is either removed from the list and archived (another tab titled "archived wait list item") or have them color coded to indicate Complete, Active, etc. If a separate tab item cannot be incorporated, at least place completed, color coded items to the BOTTOM of the list.
Hi Kelly,
As long as your Wait List view is set to not show Closed booking requests, you will not see a booking request once it is marked as Closed. You can create a new View just to see Closed ones if you ever want to go back and look.
I've attached some screen shots below that should help you.
UPDATE: I checked your case history and looks like you are looking for this in the Wait List section of F4 window.
Hi Kelly - When the idea was first posted I didn't realize you were looking for this change to be reflected in F4, I thought you meant the Wait List itself.
This is currently not possible.
I even changed this in the Ad hoc filters and closed cases are still showing.
All of my requests (Active, Consult, Surgery) are set to active. Closed is NOT checked. However, once a case is closed, it is still showing in the F4 list.
Hi. Unfortunately, I do not see any screen shots. Could you simply let me know where to find this option….
Thanks
