Allow Updating of Accuro to a specific release and ability to select which hotfixes should be installed

We currently have a testing and live environment.  When a new build is released, we will update our test environment and confirm that the update hasn't caused any issues.  Often when we get to updating our live environment to the new release, several hotfixes have been released that haven't been applied to our test environment.  We then end up applying untested updates to our live environment.  Having the ability to select the build and hotfixes that get installed would help us mitigate any risks in applying untested hotfixes to our live environment.
