Bill Solo and Group Billings within ONE Claim

For a more efficient workflow it would benefit the user to have the ability to bill both solo and group billings within one claim especially for large clinics 

Current workflow: create two claims if billing under solo and group

Preferred workflow: create one claim and have the ability to bill both solo and group billings, and for the ministry to differentiate between the two
