Clicking the OK button after creating a letter with attachments etc. closed the window without saving any of the work. Either delete this button as it is useless and frustrating to lose one's work or save the letter.
This is just one example of inconsistency in the app. There are such things as 'Human Interface Guidelines' and they should be followed by developers. When generating letters, clicking the OK button is equivalent to 'throw away all my work' and is no different from the 'Cancel' button. I edit all of my consultation letters before they go out and now and again those edits are extensive. It is so easy to click the 'OK' button by mistake and blow away that work. I can't tell you how many times this has happened. What is with the 'Apply' buttons as well? All over the computer world the convention is 'Save'. Please, please fix this as a priority.
OK and send to letter queue should be the same action!
YES!! Very, very frustrating.
