Currently when utilizing a Web Browser within Accuro (eHR Viewer), the print functionality is not available. If a client is required to print something off from within this window, they are required to utilize the following workflow:
- Open an independent browser
- Browse to the SK eHealth website
- Login with their credentials
- Browse to the patient chart, locate the item they wish to print, select the Print button
This is a number of additional undesired steps/clicks, when we should be able to print this right from the Web browser within Accuro.
It is super frustrating not to be able to print from Accuro without calling Accuro to have the IT desk set a printer up. This is one of my least favorite parts of Accuro
