Currently unable to modify/delete duplicate document or scanned entry in patient Virtual Chart folder unless it came in through Encounter Notes where it can be modified or deleted.
There is a System Setting that can be enabled by a Systems Administrator that allows users to Delete Reviewed Chart Items.
If logged in as a Systems Administrator, go to the Accuro Menu and search System Settings. Under the EMR Settings header in the General Tab there is a setting called "Allow Users to Delete Reviewed Chart Items". Check the box then click Save Settings. Users will then be able to Delete chart items from the Virtual Chart by right-clicking and selected "Delete" as mentioned in the comment above.
This is a permission setting. With proper permission, a user can certainly delete a document from the virtual chart by right-clicking and selecting "Delete"
