Hovering over a note text field to show entire note

I was speaking to a user earlier today who asked if there was a component to add into the form editor which would allow only a small amount of a note to show in the text field but then when you hover over the box, the entire note would show. 

She would like to be able to enter the information in the text field when opening the form on the patient's EN and then after saving, it will only show a small part of the first sentence of the note, and then the rest when you hover over it with the mouse.

This would reduce the amount of pages a form would become by adding notes making it easier for the doctor to review.
