Pateint portal to allow patient to enter medical history Merged

Would allow new patients to log

in ahead of their appointment and input their medical/surgical  history. Would save tons of clinic time and also give patients a feeling of autonomy/control. This feature is just being developed in the other EMR I am using. Also could allow re-referred patients to add changes to their medical health/ new family doc etc

The patient portal should also allow patients to view if their lab results are in or not and also view if they are filed (no follow up needed) or they have a recall message when they can book their own appointment or come in. There should be an option for the Physician to release the normal results through the portal and the patient should have the option of saving it and printing it out. The portal should also allow the patients to see their referrals status and send them an alert for appointment notification once one is obtained. Thanks.
