I spoke to a doctor this afternoon who was saying that he did not understand why the pre-existing components for lab results work in such a way where you drag them onto the form> save form & close> open form in EN and then type in the information so that it loads into the lab section of Encounter Notes.
Alternatively he would like for it to pull what's in the lab section, onto the form like a template would.
I did explain that he can either drag that component onto the form and then right click and edit to a query (every time) OR create a custom component but he is suggesting that perhaps a second set up lab components for querying lab results could be made readily available as opposed to creating each one manually.
the suggestion fits with the office work flow much better.
