Removing hard-coded results from hard-coded manual physical history lab test in Encounter Notes

I received a call from a clinician who wanted to know how she can delete "Head circumference" from the hard coded physical history lab located in the Encounter Notes section. Now this is when you actually click the green plus to add a new lab test and then click on the blue edit pencil to add results to the list, so that every time you click to add that type of test, it will include all added results.

When you go to the blue edit pencil and try to delete the hard-coded/built-in results, the red X is greyed out and you are not able to.

I provided the option of creating a custom test with all of the same results, minus the head circumference but I do think this would be a good option to have within accuro to be able to remove them.
