The print icon should be in the same place on every page, it is sometimes at the top, sometimes at the bottom or even in the middle. Sometimes an icon, and sometimes the word "print."

This would save me time by having it consistent.  I should also be able to do control P from every window - most don't allow that.  Everything would benefit from having key shortcuts instead of having to use the mouse all the time.  Physicians can use keyboards!
