Allow changes to all components of Form Editor/Ability to change default font size in Form Editor

Several components in Form Editor cannot be edited.  ie. Default Font Size for many physician and patient components are fixed and cannot be edited.  The default is so small that we always need to change it.  I would love to be able to edit all components.

    There should be a way to edit all components and set the font size and font type all at once without accessing each component separately.
