We have created our own roles like MD, RN, Secretaries who have more access than a predefined Accuro roles Doctor, Nurse, Reception.
When selecting a global message by role, these roles show up with our own roles which confuses uses-if to select RN or Nurse.
I understand it is hard coded but it is not showing up in F7 then why at certain places of EMR it showing up?
This feature was added in 2017.01.766
"In the Global Message section (Patients > Other tab) and the Audit Log section (Start Menu button > search Audit Logs) roles are now sorted alphabetically for both the active and inactive roles (active roles are displayed above inactive roles)."
