Open Providers Module - Fine grain EMR category

The open providers module is very handy, but at the same time it's very limited. We can share our providers EMR data between offices with this module, but we cannot choose what sections of the EMR to share. The current options are Labs, EMR and Schedule.

It would be nice if the EMR section was broken into categories such as notes, bands(medications in particular), documents, forms etc.

We have some providers that're not willing to share their chart notes, in order to be done we have to take away other health care providers ability to see anything on the patients chart. This means the provider that doesn't have permission ends up duplicating everything they can't see.
