A tab/section in EMR encounter notes area that allows listing of specialists and allied health team members involved with patient care

Patients often have specialists (and other allied health practitioners like specific mental health workers) that primary care providers co-manage patient care with but currently there is no easy place to list these team members for easy recall. Is it possible to create a section within the encounter notes section to list these collaborative team members?

    Hi Cindy - Have you tried using the "Manually Added Providers" section of the Providers tab in Patient Demographics?  You can indicate the 'type' of Provider (ie Psychologist), select the Provider from the Address Book and add a comment.  You can also include these providers in the CC section of generated letters.
