Hi Janet - We've developed to the CDX specifications but are currently awaiting conformance testing with the CDX group. We will be able to support Patient Admission/Discharge Notices as well as Transcribed Reports. My understanding is that being conformed to the CDX specification will allow for receipt of these clinical documents into your EMR, but I believe being able to communicate between EMRs is something extra. Will look into it. Glad to see there's a demand for it.
