The current audit log report doesn't show if a staff member adds a conversation onto a task. We use our audit log to track staff activity and monitor adherence to our provinces privacy policy. If there is no indication as to why a staff member entered into a chart then I have to do a more involved search into the chart to hope I find the task the staff member added a conversation to. The audit log should be showing all the activity and conversations are an activity.
When replies are added to Task conversations, they are tracked in the Audit Logs under the activity "Added Message". The Comment field will reflect that the action was completed on a Task, and which Task.
There is a plan to adjust this Activity type in the future, to be "Added Task Conversation".
