Easy way to send generated letter back to provider in clinic/office

If a clinic is large, at times a referral is send in-clinic as the other specialists exist right in the clinic and use Accuro. Right now, one has to generate a letter, save it and then send it as an attachment to a task. It would be great for an additional button where if the recipient is part of the clinic, to "send it" automatically within Accuro without creating an additional task
