Add a single button for 'Print and Close'

Add an additional single button to 'Print and Close' on all Forms and Prescriptions to avoid having to Print and then click again to close.

    Except do not make it 'print and close'. Make the intention crystal clear: 'Print and Save'. Throughout the computer world 'close' is not the same as 'save'. Indeed, if you try and close a window, this will often bring up the a dialog with the option to save.

    I would prefer a session setting to either print and close or print (same with fax).  Ideally separating prescriptions and documents (I tend to close scripts, often do other processing to documents.)
