increase options of answers in dropdown box when questioned about discrepancies in medication ordering. Return to previous version options.

Prior to the latest update  when we ordered medication eg. venlafaxine 75mg plus 37.5mg we would get a query to state we are duplicating meds but would give us a dropdown box with a number of options including "add new dose to previous dose". For some reason that option no longer exists and we have to chose "stay with old dose" or "change to new dose."

Our problem is the new dose does not come as 1 pill, and we have to do a combo of 2 strengths to get the desired dose but the accuro program thinks we are duplicating the order.

Please add option "add to exiting treatment'.  to cover all bases.
