when arriving the patient, the patient is manually color coded for a clinic - this suggestion would be a secondary color code that is automatically selected if they arrive more than 15 min early for their apt time or later than their scheduled apt time. This would be a quick visual for staff to alert them that a patient is either very early or arrived late and thus would reduce that 'rush feeling' to complete their current task to move on to the next patient when they see a crowded waiting area especially when the patients arrive very early. This would also allow the staff who arrive patients to be aware to notify the patient that they will have a wait time in busy clinics when arriving multiple patients and reduce the need to flip back to the scheduler to see what time they are scheduled for.
