Organize RMA Location

For RMA billing it would be best if you could organize the RMA locations in a preferred order. If there were the blue up and down arrows, similar to other drop down menus then a clinic can organize the RMA locations to their preference.

    multiple clients in Hamilton requesting to be able to have their default location# on top as they foresee many errors during billing.
