Search by Telephone #

Add the ability to search for a patient by telephone number. Would also like feature in Provider search.

    As Andrew mentioned below, the ability to search for patients by phone number already exists. Omit the area code, and type the remaining 7 digits with a hyphen ###-####

    This can be done from any search field.
