is a Tab that says DATE/TIME if you push on that tab it comes up with the actual date / time  (right down to hours and minutes)…  This is a feature that you do not have in ACCURO..  I’m not looking to set up a macro I’m saying that where-ever you are in the software, making a note in the patient chart, making a note in the appointment, making a note ANYWHERE this would be a beneficial feature.  The accuracy is unlike anything else because you don’t enter the information you push the tab and it is recorded to the second leaving the permanent foot print.    This record should appear also on the incoming faxes.. currently our records have no date identifier on the incoming faxes…so for example if an office calls us and says they sent the record a month ago we have no recourse as we don’t know when we received it, we can pinpoint when it was downloaded but not received into our “FAX IN” box.  Since we deal with URGENT referrals as a Cardiology office and need to keep good notes the date and time stamp I feel is one of the most important tools for us to use.
